獨家設計的銅片厚薄度：銅片的厚薄也是一大觀察點，過薄的銅片吸熱不平均、也容易在密合過程中變形導致，更可能導致漏水危機；過厚，散熱效果也會降低。Asetek 的銅片經過實驗測試，設計出跟處理器極其吻合的型態設計，每一處的厚薄皆經過考量與考驗，高效散熱都藏在這些魔鬼細節裡。
